NAYEN 2025: Welcome to Mérida!
The Annual NAYEN Conference is a wonderful opportunity to share Rotary Youth Exchange with Rotarians across North America & around the world in beautiful Mérida, Mexico.
The Conference features speakers, sessions, and exhibitors all geared towards enhanding Rotary Youth Exchange worldwide. We will have tools to facilitate networking with global RYE contacts.
Registration increases Sept. 1, 2024, Jan 1, 2025, Feb 1, 2025.
Registration will end on Feb 15th, 2025.

Registration will close February 15, 2025. Any registrations after February 15th must be made on site & will be charged additional late fees for on site registration.
Cancellation
All cancellations will be charged a $25 fee to cover fees related to returned payments.
